For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a nanny, caring for children and supporting the families who love them. Time and again, I walked into homes where parents were running on empty after sleepless nights, and I couldn’t help but ask myself:
How could I do more to help these families truly rest?
That question led me to deepen my knowledge and complete specialist training, becoming a qualified maternity nurse and certified sleep practitioner. These tools combined with real life experience allow me to support families in a way that’s both practical and deeply compassionate.
My approach is holistic, responsive, and grounded in the belief that every family deserves to feel rested, empowered, and understood. I don’t believe in one size fits all solutions — I offer personalised support that’s gentle, respectful, and shaped around what works best for your child.
Now, through Liberty’s Little Sleepers, I help families restore calm, confidence, and connection at bedtime, one peaceful night at a time.

At Liberty’s Little Sleepers, I take a holistic and responsive approach to children's sleep. This means I look at the bigger picture—your child’s sleep isn’t just about bedtime routines or settling methods; it’s influenced by a range of factors including their temperament, developmental stage, feeding, daily rhythms, environment, and your family’s unique dynamic.
I don’t believe in a one size fits all method or rigid sleep training. Instead, I work closely with you to create a personalised, gentle, and evidence based plan that supports your child’s sleep in a way that feels right for your family. My focus is on nurturing healthy sleep habits while always being respectful of your child’s emotional and physical needs.
Sleep is just one piece of the parenting puzzle, and my goal is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and support to improve sleep while maintaining connection, trust, and responsiveness.
